We are CHAI TRUCK
We are a startup with around 2+ years of presence in the market. The spark for this startup is the dearth of F&B outlets serving good quality food at an affordable rate and in a pleasant ambiance and that is our sweet spot.
Today, Chai Truck is present in Chennai, Coimbatore and Pondicherry. We currently Operate 3 outlets and 7 cloud kitchens across these locations.
Our mission is to serve quality hot, cold beverages and short eats in a hygienic environment and at the same time being affordable to the common man. Our focus is to serve lip smacking food with assured quality of ingredients, consistency and lots of love packed together.
Our growth story for the last two years is a testimony for the quality of food and services we provide. Today, we are present in Chennai, Coimbatore and Pondicherry with plans to grow into other cities within Tamil Nadu in the near future...

We ensure our best in all your orders
We use the freshest ingredients and produce of high quality sourced directly from the market. Our Procurement team follows a Daily Purchase methodology and practices a Zero Deviation policy for QC of ingredients. Our streamlined centralized purchase and supply enables and ensures availability of fresh ingredients in all our food products on a daily basis.
Hygiene is of utmost importance to us. All our kitchens use the most modern machinery and is cleaned daily at regular intervals. The Operations team monitors the hygiene factor of all the kitchens and have weekly scheduled kitchen visits to ensure that the food that is reaching you is prepared in the best manner and in a Hygienic environment.
We also deploy Third Parties for a regular hygiene check of our kitchens. Any action required is immediately taken and the same is reported out on a pre-defined frequency.
A well packaged food box is a delight to the customer’s eyes and holds as much importance as the ingredients and hygiene. Our Innovative and creative packaging has always been our USP in marketplace. We are one of the pioneers in introducing novel packaging ideas for Chai, beverages and short eats. We still continue our endeavor to better our packaging solutions to guarantee customers always get the best packaged food delivered.

Shafeel is a first generation entrepreneur. He is a total foodie and his love for “CHAI” is the seed behind the idea of setting up Chai Truck to serve quality Chai, Juices and short eats in a good ambiance at nominal rates. Harris
Co-Founder, Head of Operations
Harris is also a first generation entrepreneur. He has earlier worked with multiple IT Companies before making the switch to F&B Business. Harris manages all aspects of operations for Chai Truck from managing vendors to employees and whatever that is required for efficient and seamless functioning of all our outlets and kitchens.
